Key Responsibilities

Lead global R&D controlling initiatives with strategic automotive industry focus
Drive financial planning and analysis for Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Customer Business Units (CBUs)
Manage complex intercompany processes and engineering master data governance
Oversee global contractor engineering operations and cost optimization
Direct engineering hourly rate calculations for budgeting and business case development
Spearhead process harmonization and automation initiatives across global operations
Execute strategic financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership decision-making

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in economics

Experience

Minimum 10 years total experience with 3 years operational Controlling experience
