Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a specialized project controls team managing construction scheduling and quantities support across capital projects
Drive strategic implementation of project controls services throughout project lifecycles
Oversee development of integrated master schedules and ensure robust progress tracking methodologies
Implement and monitor Earned Value Management systems for performance optimization
Develop standardized reporting tools and analytics using Power BI
Provide expert consultation on contract documents and construction management practices
Lead training initiatives and represent Construction Management in key business initiatives

Requirements

Education

University degree or technical diploma in engineering, construction management or related discipline

Experience

10+ years of progressively complex experience in construction and contract management
