Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic process analysis and optimization initiatives for core banking operations
Drive collaboration with senior stakeholders to align process improvements with business strategy
Design and implement enterprise-wide banking process solutions
Provide expert advisory on industry best practices and regulatory compliance
Manage end-to-end process transformation projects
Develop and track KPIs for process performance optimization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree will be a plus

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role within the core banking or financial services industry

Required Skills

Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools Proficiency in process modeling and analysis techniques (BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean) In-depth knowledge of core banking processes, products, and regulations Experience with Temenos T24 (preferred) Knowledge of ARIS (plus) Strong interpersonal and teaming skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong presentation and communication skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Certifications

ARIS certification (preferred) Six Sigma certification (beneficial)
