Key Responsibilities

Define and implement global EHS vision and strategy across industrial, R&D and commercial sites
Lead regulatory compliance and audit coordination across international operations
Develop and monitor group-wide EHS KPIs and performance metrics
Manage and develop international team of EHS professionals
Create and maintain group-wide EHS standards and policies
Interface with regulatory agencies on compliance matters
Drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Engineering, Chemicals, Pharmaceutics or related fields

Experience

15 years experience in EHS positions, including senior management position
