Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary strategic finance partner to Executive Director of Supply, providing comprehensive financial guidance for EUR 140M annual budget decisions that directly impact global operations
Lead development and critical evaluation of business cases in collaboration with senior finance stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and value creation for major supply chain investments
Execute complete financial planning and control cycles including actuals, budgeting, and forecasting across global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and facilities operations
Deliver executive-level performance reporting using advanced analytics tools like Power BI, providing actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across global cost controlling functions, contributing to organizational efficiency and standardized best practices

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration, Business Economics, Accountancy)

Experience

5-10 years of relevant Business Control experience in an international corporate environment

Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to communicate on all levels incl. C-level, with a variety of different types of departments located in various countries Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proactive and autonomous nature, able to drive multiple projects simultaneously, and know when to escalate issues or ask for support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized and with an eye for details, with a demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and efficiency Team player, enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently An excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
