Key Responsibilities

Lead youth mental health counseling interventions and develop therapeutic strategies
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with community and social service organizations
Design and implement mental health protocols and service delivery frameworks
Conduct comprehensive case management including assessment, planning, and evaluation
Facilitate clinical group work sessions and program development

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counselling

Experience
