Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver second professional seminar coursework for elementary education students
Develop and assess student competencies and professional portfolios
Plan and execute effective teaching strategies for elementary classroom preparation
Participate in course coordination and planning meetings
Collaborate with teaching team to implement l'approche programme

Requirements

Education

A Master's degree (In exceptional circumstances applicants without a Master's degree but with significant research or professional experience related to the course content may be considered)

Experience

Experience teaching in elementary schools and previous successful teaching of similar courses to pre-service teachers

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of course content Knowledge of Quebec Education program (QEP) Familiarity with 13 professional competencies from Ministère de l'Éducation Excellent proficiency in French (oral and written) Experience with MyCourses, Zoom, and online teaching platforms Ability to teach blended classes
