Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of Crewing Department with full P&L accountability for marine personnel budgets
Global crew management oversight including recruitment, deployment, and performance monitoring across vessel fleet
Stakeholder management including negotiations with unions, charterers, and international manning agencies
Risk management through insurance compliance, drug testing programs, and crew welfare oversight
Strategic planning of recruitment programs including cadet development initiatives
Financial control through budget management, cost estimation, and agency fee negotiations
Compliance oversight ensuring adherence to international maritime regulations and company standards

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or related field

Experience

Minimum 5 years in crewing management
