Define and execute comprehensive CRM strategy across multiple channels
Lead end-to-end campaign management including A/B testing and performance optimization
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Data Science, Product, Legal, and Customer Service teams
Manage customer lifecycle communications and transactional messaging
Drive customer satisfaction metrics across platforms

Education
Master's degree (M2) in Marketing or Business
Experience
