Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement Agile methodologies across cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and organizational agility
Serve as the primary facilitator for all Scrum ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices
Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices while fostering self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
Act as impediment remover and communication facilitator between stakeholders and development teams
Drive continuous improvement through sprint retrospectives and metrics-based performance analysis

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

2-6 years of experience in agile and scrum
