Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic community growth initiatives across major crypto platforms to build and engage CAIZ's global user base
Serve as primary brand ambassador managing all external community communications and crisis response
Drive content strategy and community engagement through AMAs, events, and incentive programs
Analyze community feedback and market trends to inform product development
Develop and maintain relationships with crypto influencers and thought leaders
Create and execute community retention and growth campaigns

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or similar field

Experience

Proven experience as a Community Manager in crypto/blockchain projects

Required Skills

Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and NFTs Strong communication skills Experience with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and Medium Crisis management abilities Knowledge of crypto wallets, trading, staking Proactive and self-motivated approach Ability to work across time zones Fluent in English
