Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic demand forecasting with 3-24 month rolling plans integrating historical data and market intelligence
Drive customer relationship management through collaborative planning and forecast alignment
Orchestrate monthly demand interlock process with commercial stakeholders
Manage critical supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy and OTIF/OTTP performance
Develop and maintain comprehensive bioprocessing materials knowledge base
Execute proactive customer communication regarding lead times and inventory management

Requirements

Education

BS/BA degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration

Experience

5+ years of experience in demand planning, sales operations, forecasting, or customer excellence role

Required Skills

Understanding of SIOP or IBP process Statistical forecasting methodologies CRM concepts Strong analytical skills Customer interpersonal skills Outstanding teamwork skills Microsoft Office proficiency ERP systems expertise

Certifications
