Key Responsibilities

Drive platform automation and API integration initiatives to enhance learning ecosystem efficiency
Explore and implement customer-centric technology solutions for seamless platform integration
Manage Intrepid platform optimization and support launch of new digital products
Train and support global operations teams (45+) and online team (20+) on digital platforms
Conduct User Acceptance Testing for platform features and improvements
Manage technical support requests from operations team and corporate clients

Requirements

Education

Bachelors, Masters or equivalent degree

Experience

A minimum of 2 years professional experience in online education and digital technology-related sectors

Required Skills

Knowledge of online learning platforms (Intrepid, EdX, Coursera, NovoEd) Experience with learning management systems Virtual classroom delivery expertise Platform integration capabilities Project management Technical support Excellent written and spoken English
