Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic implementation of AI learning initiatives across a 40,000+ global workforce
Design and execute comprehensive Data & Analytics Literacy framework affecting enterprise-wide transformation
Drive organizational change management through stakeholder engagement and training delivery
Develop and maintain quality standards for D&A training content and delivery methods
Coordinate cross-functional implementation of data literacy programs
Optional: Serve as certified D&A Literacy Trainer after completion of certification program

Requirements

Education

HBO or University Degree

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in transformation projects and in a Data, Analytics, and AI learning & development environment
