Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic process optimization initiatives to enhance Data & AI Governance adoption across global business units
Develop and implement data-driven methodologies for process improvement and commercial growth
Build and empower a federated network of Data & AI Governance specialists across business domains
Drive cross-functional collaboration between central governance and local business units
Design and execute process innovation workshops and improvement strategies
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic progress reporting

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience leading and delivering projects internationally
