Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing data engineering teams of 5-6 members
Drive technical strategy alignment with product roadmap and business objectives
Implement and optimize agile development processes and DevOps practices

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering or relevant discipline

Experience

Previous experience managing Software Development teams of 5-6 engineers
