Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive development of training materials, communication strategies, and knowledge management systems to ensure seamless operationalization of data governance policies, standards, and procedures across banking operations
Execute end-to-end training and communication programs that drive organizational transformation and ensure regulatory compliance within financial services environments
Design and deliver advanced training programs to senior stakeholders, translating complex data governance concepts into actionable business strategies
Establish and maintain robust feedback channels and stakeholder relationships to continuously improve training effectiveness and organizational adoption

Requirements

Education

Any Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Management or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience leading Change, Transformations & Training within Financial services industry

Proficiency in English Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, Central bank risk & regulatory requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience in change management tools & techniques Experience in Advanced Training tools & procedures.
