Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic data governance initiatives for real property inventory management across multiple federal systems including FRPC, HHS, and FDA
Orchestrate complex data migrations and integrations between enterprise systems while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards
Direct facility and space management operations including capacity planning, categorization, and resource allocation
Manage preventive maintenance systems and coordinate cross-functional implementation of maintenance protocols
Drive financial reporting and analytics to support Agency Cost Allocation and Working Capital Fund decisions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred)

Experience

3-5 years of experience in real property data management, facility asset tracking, or compliance reporting

Data Management & Integrity: Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in real property inventory reporting System Integration & Migration: Experience with ARIS, FRPC, HHS, FDA data mapping, and migration Facility & Space Management: Familiarity with location data, occupancy agreements, and rent billing Preventive Maintenance Tracking: Knowledge of equipment lists, work requests, and maintenance scheduling Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to generate reports supporting cost allocation and financial planning Software Proficiency: Expertise in Archibus, AutoCAD, Smart Client, and database management tools Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify, validate, and audit transferred data Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including program managers and CAD teams
