Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development of scientific data products supporting bioinformatics and AI/ML workflows
Drive product roadmap development aligned with business objectives and scientific research goals
Manage stakeholder relationships across R&D, technology, and operations teams
Oversee agile product development and delivery processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and performance metrics
Direct technical strategy for scientific data products including in vitro screening, variant stores, and image stores

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in computer science, bioinformatics, data science, or related scientific field; Ph.D. preferred

Experience

5+ years in product management with bioinformatics/life sciences focus

Required Skills
