Key Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of site-wide data analytical strategy within the digital transformation roadmap, positioning the organization at the forefront of pharmaceutical manufacturing intelligence
Architect and deploy sophisticated analytical models that drive measurable business process improvements and operational excellence across manufacturing operations
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives through advanced data science methodologies, directly impacting site performance metrics and competitive positioning
Partner with cross-functional Process Centric Teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable analytical solutions that enhance decision-making quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

Education

Bachelors / Masters Degree in Maths, Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field

Experience

4-5 years' experience min working with Data Science applications

Required Skills

Strong experience in the use of statistical tools, databases, analytical methodologies and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, Excel, Minitab, etc.) Strong experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDE) E.g. Visual Studio Code, JupyterLab, PyCharm etc. Artificial Intelligence (AI) \ Machine Learning (ML) model development and deploying ML models in production Experience of using Tibco's data science analytical platforms or other visualisation software such as Power BI, Tableau, or R Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry processes and familiarity with GMP regulations would be an advantage Understanding of the concepts and tools of both Lean and Six Sigma JIRA experience Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make timely decisions Strong ownership and accountability Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
