Key Responsibilities

Lead data evaluation initiatives within NASA's Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS)
Drive quality assurance processes for critical earth observation datasets
Develop and maintain scientific documentation including Algorithm Theoretical Basis Documents
Collaborate with international science teams on data product development
Conduct advanced GIS analysis using multiple software platforms
Author technical content and deliver presentations at scientific conferences

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in remote sensing, geography, environmental science or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.

Experience

3 years of directly related professional experience

Required Skills
