Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic technical delivery partnerships across organizational levels to ensure contract compliance encompassing time, cost, quality, risk management and governance frameworks
Lead cross-functional coordination with technical subject matter experts while maintaining comprehensive product portfolio oversight to proactively mitigate enterprise-level risks
Orchestrate sustained customer success initiatives throughout post-sales lifecycle including training, professional services, technical support, renewals, and expansion with digital transformation focus
Execute pivotal technical leadership role as owner of project delivery models while cultivating strategic relationships across customer portfolios in pre-sales and delivery phases

Manage complex project execution through effective Work Breakdown Structure development and cross-regional team coordination spanning APAC and global operations

Deploy sophisticated transmission and distribution solutions requiring network model preparation, load forecasting, and generation cost data analysis
Execute comprehensive testing protocols including Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing while debugging complex software systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, lead time optimization, productivity enhancement and quality advancement through product expertise application

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline from an accredited university or college

Experience

At least 10 years technical experience in WAMS (Wide Area Monitoring System), DERMS (Distributed Energy Management Systems), SCADA and/ or EMS (Energy Management Systems)
