Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic demand planning optimization initiatives to achieve forecast accuracy targets and minimize write-offs
Drive cross-functional collaboration in S&OP process to balance service levels and inventory optimization
Develop and implement next-generation planning capabilities across the organization
Analyze and improve KPI performance including waste reduction, stock management, and forecast accuracy
Lead continuous improvement projects and change management initiatives
Provide analytical support and mentoring to team members

Requirements

Education

MSc degree preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline

Experience

Minimum 4 years supply chain experience, FMCG preferred

Required Skills

Knowledge & experience with planning systems APO & OMP Power BI and Excel proficiency Analytical and result-driven mindset Strong communication and influence skills Cross-functional collaboration abilities Cultural awareness in global context Fluent in English

Certifications

APICS or equivalent certification (if Master's not in Supply Chain Management)
