Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Building Control inspection team including specialist, standard, and trainee roles
Conduct advanced technical assessments for regulatory compliance across health, safety, and sustainability domains
Serve as primary liaison with Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and coordinate regional hub operations
Direct council's engagement with building advisory committees and industry panels
Oversee Multi-Disciplinary Team operations and performance reporting
Manage inspector registration and compliance processes

Requirements

Education

Degree/masters level in Building Control, Building Surveying, Construction, Structural Engineering or equivalent

Experience
