Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of integrated design-build projects combining architectural vision with construction execution
Financial oversight of complex luxury residential projects including budget development and management
Cross-functional team coordination between architecture, interior design, and construction divisions
Client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals and business leaders
Quality assurance and regulatory compliance management across all project phases
Strategic procurement and vendor relationship management
Technical documentation and project lifecycle management

Requirements

Education

Masters degree in Architecture and/or PMP Certification, Construction / Building Technology Diploma, or related Architecture or Engineering Degree

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in local luxury residential architecture and/or construction

Required Skills

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency REVIT knowledge (asset) Project management expertise Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities Exceptional time management Advanced written and verbal communication Detailed knowledge of building systems and construction methods Understanding of trade scopes and procurement processes Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements Familiarity with Ontario Building Code Parts 3 and 9
