Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic coordination of structural drawing production with focus on concrete body plans and critical timeline management
Drive cross-functional collaboration between architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration and compliance
Manage technical design review processes and provide expert consultation for construction phase challenges
Oversee quality control and regulatory compliance for structural engineering deliverables
Direct communication and issue resolution with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and authorities

Requirements

Education

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its relevant

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of local construction experience in C&S design coordination, preferably in industrial building projects

Required Skills

Strong understanding of C&S design including steel, concrete, foundation, etc Well verse with structural engineering design to local codes, regulations and requirements and Eurocode Well verse in structural design software eg TSD, Staadpro, Prokon etc Ability to manage design coordination between various disciplines Leadership in managing design coordination across different teams Teamwork and collaboration Able to work independently Adaptability Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
