Key Responsibilities

Lead research and development of new technologies and product innovations
Design and optimize fluid power and power transmission solutions
Manage product commercialization processes and technical support across departments
Coordinate prototype development and pre-production processes
Implement design optimization using statistical analysis and DOE techniques
Maintain technical documentation and project data management

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in engineering preferred

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in R&D or 3 years of R&D experience in related product line

Required Skills

Strong technical and analytical skills in Maths and Science Good verbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Experience with 3D Design Modelling tools, Inventor preferred Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools, 'Marc' preferred DFSS skills including Design of Experiments (DOE), DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, Weibull and other statistical tools Project and time management skills Problem-solving abilities Customer and quality focus
