Key Responsibilities

Lead BIM implementation for electrical and ELV systems in complex infrastructure projects
Direct technical training and support for design staff on advanced BIM platforms
Oversee 3D modeling and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Manage cross-functional collaboration for integrated building systems design
Execute clash detection and resolution processes for system optimization
Develop and maintain specialized content libraries for electrical components
Ensure regulatory compliance and technical standards adherence
Mentor junior designers and establish best practices
Drive continuous improvement in BIM workflows and standards

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and ELV systems design

Required Skills

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Strong understanding of BIM principles Extensive knowledge of electrical and ELV systems Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations Problem-solving and analytical skills Communication and collaboration abilities Team management capabilities
