Key Responsibilities

Lead identity and access management operations for 60,000 user accounts, ensuring secure access control across educational systems
Manage core IAM infrastructure including OneIdentity, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID
Drive system development and innovation through bi-weekly Agile sprints
Implement and maintain security frameworks while balancing educational accessibility needs
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance IAM capabilities and automation
Handle technical support escalations and access management requests
Participate in strategic roadmap execution for IAM advancement

Requirements

Education

MBO-4 level or higher in Business or ICT, HBO work level strongly recommended
