Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of data engineers while driving technical excellence and professional development
Design and implement enterprise-scale data pipelines and architectures for manufacturing optimization
Drive compliance with GxP regulations while ensuring optimal system performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Oversee cloud infrastructure and data architecture decisions
Mentor junior and senior practitioners while building a strong engineering culture

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field

Experience

8 to 10 years experience

Required Skills

Experience with AWS cloud services (Azure is a plus) Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases technologies/concepts Experience working with data models and query tuning Experience in Data warehousing solutions (Snowflake) Experience in Integration Services (IICS, Tibco a plus) Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R a plus) Experience with Source Code Management Tools (GitHub a plus) Experience with timeseries database and Graph database (e,g: TigerDB, Neo4J) Experience using orchestration to create pipelines (e.g. Apache Airflow) Experience with Product Management Tools (JIRA, Confluence a plus) Familiarity with Service Management Tools (Service Now a plus) Strong experience in automation tools and methodologies specifically using Github action, Terraform, Ansible Experience with programming languages such as JSON, YAML, ShellScripting Experience with backup system like Netbackup & CommVault Good knowledge of ServiceNow, monitoring tool such as Splunk, Datadog, BPPM and experience in finops pratice Experience with a wide variety of data sources, such as structured and unstructured data, IoT data Good knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Certifications

Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, IICS) are a plus
