Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive IT security risk assessment programs for critical banking infrastructure
Drive strategic vendor risk management and third-party security governance
Oversee enterprise-wide IT outsourcing risk management framework
Develop and implement IT security compliance programs aligned with international standards
Manage cross-functional security initiatives impacting bank-wide operations
Direct IT security metrics program and executive reporting framework

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, data science, risk management, or in a related discipline. Master's degree would be a plus

Experience

5-8 years of relevant working experience in IT risk and program management and relevant fields, preferably with financial institutions
