Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute construction projects for new buildings, renovations, and expansions in supply engineering (HVAC)
Direct and coordinate external engineering firms throughout planning and implementation phases
Manage projects across all HOAI performance phases with full budget responsibility
Review and validate technical submissions, calculations, and plans from contracted engineering firms
Ensure cost control, schedule compliance, and quality assurance for assigned projects
Coordinate with building users, owners, stakeholders, experts, and specialists
Oversee system commissioning, acceptance procedures, and warranty controls
Provide strategic reporting and technical consultation to management

Requirements

Education

Diploma (FH), Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Engineering or Energy and Building Technology, or State-certified technician in Supply Engineering

Experience

Entry level to experienced professionals accepted
