Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor/Master Degree holder in Architecture

Experience

Minimum 15 years' post-qualification experience in designing residential and commercial projects, including master planning

Required Skills

Authorized Person (Architect) and Member of HKIA Strong ability to conceptualize, execute and present innovative design proposals according to requirements Conversant with local regulations and construction practice Develops and deploys sophisticated analytical approaches to gain a deeper and more complete understanding of complex business issues Highly motivated, able to work independently and effectively to execute required tasks Excellent communication in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
