Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic identification, documentation, and validation of global end-to-end value and product flows to ensure successful SAP S4 Global template implementation across the entire Electrophysiology/Neurovascular ecosystem, directly impacting operational efficiency across multiple business units
Drive process improvement initiatives within master data lifecycle management to enhance accuracy and efficiency across all relevant master data systems, establishing best practices that will be adopted organization-wide
Collaborate with Master Data Governance (MDG) and Digital teams to develop and implement innovative tools and processes for improved data mining capabilities, positioning the organization for enhanced data-driven decision making
Provide expert guidance and clarification to Transcend Business Process owners on specialized processes, ensuring approved key design decisions are properly integrated into the Global Template and function as agreed
Partner with cross-functional business subject matter experts to facilitate business transformation activities, providing critical functional impact analysis of Global template solutions
Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive business process testing and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and user competency across all affected business functions
Ensure seamless integration of S4 HANA Master data processes with existing systems infrastructure, maintaining data integrity and operational continuity

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree is required (master's degree in supply chain related field is preferred)

Experience

Demonstrated experience in SAP S4 Hana project deployments

Expertise in SAP S4 and a strong understanding of the E2E Supply Chain processes and the interactions across the various functional areas Ability to influence teams, strong communication skills and strong people/team management skills Ability to drive to decisions and execution to the plans Strong self-management, working in ambiguity, resilience Ability to navigate differing priorities and align objectives to ensure smooth process adoption across the business Ability to analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies and opportunities for improvement
