Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations managing 8 distinct teams
Development and execution of performance metrics across Contract Admin, Renewals, Order Admin, Serialization, Billing, AR, Cash Application and Client Service
Cross-functional leadership to drive business transformation and customer experience excellence
Financial strategy development including collection optimization and risk management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's / Master degree required (Finance preferred)

Experience

Minimum of 18 years' total work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in management in Finance Operations disciplines
