Lead engineering operations and expansion of Biologic Drug Product sterile filling GMP facility
Direct maintenance, validation, calibration, and automation operations
Manage engineering budget and resource allocation
Lead team development and succession planning

Oversee facility expansion and construction projects
Coordinate EHS compliance and safety initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

20 years of GMP experience in pharmaceutical industry
