Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership - Direct financial planning and analysis to drive business decisions
Financial Reporting & Compliance - Manage balance sheets, P&L statements, and ensure regulatory compliance
Team Leadership - Oversee Assistant Director and Accounting Managers, develop staff capabilities
Internal Controls - Design and maintain systems to protect company assets
Stakeholder Management - Partner with GM, CEO, and external partners including CPAs and banks
Budget & Forecasting - Lead financial planning processes and variance analysis
Tax Management - Oversee local, state and federal tax compliance
Executive Committee Participation - Contribute to strategic decision-making

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred)

Experience

5-8 years of hospitality accounting experience
