Key Responsibilities

Lead global development of driveline lubricants portfolio including strategic oversight of transmission fluids, gear oils, and EV fluids
Direct cross-functional R&D teams and manage laboratory operations from concept to commercialization
Serve as technical ambassador to OEM customers globally
Drive business growth through innovation and cost optimization initiatives
Represent organization in industry committees and technical forums
Oversee regional technical operations for EMEA

Requirements

Education

PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of R&D leadership in lube industry OR Master degree with 8 years experience OR Bachelor degree with 10 years experience

Experience

8-10 years minimum in lubricant industry R&D
