Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of dual-facility manufacturing operations with focus on aerospace and defense precision components
Implementation and execution of Lean manufacturing initiatives using Hoshin Kanri frameworks

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience
