Key Responsibilities

Lead treasury functions and capital management for Monzo Europe
Develop and implement treasury strategies and risk management frameworks
Oversee liquidity and funding management
Manage regulatory compliance and capital adequacy
Direct investment portfolio and counterparty risk management
Lead ILAAP and ICAAP processes
Develop capital forecasting and stress testing models

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

Experience

Extensive experience in treasury and capital management within a financial institution
