Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic enterprise-wide product master data architecture and governance across global PLM systems, SAP MDG, and ERP platforms, directly impacting product lifecycle efficiency and regulatory compliance
Lead cross-functional global teams in designing and implementing mission-critical data integration solutions that enable seamless information flow across multiple business units and geographic regions
Establish and enforce data standardization frameworks that ensure consistency across all product master data processes, reducing operational risks and improving decision-making capabilities
Own end-to-end system deployment lifecycle management from sandbox through production environments, ensuring zero-downtime implementations and maintaining business continuity
Build strategic partnerships with business process owners and program managers to align IT solutions with corporate objectives and drive measurable business outcomes
Develop and mentor high-performing IT professionals while managing relationships with external consultants and system integrators to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems (a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

Experience

10+ years Applications functional experience with minimum of 5 years in Applications leadership roles involving Data Management, Data Migration and flows
