Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations for major financial services clients with direct P&L impact
Provide strategic architectural guidance to C-level stakeholders aligning technology solutions with business objectives
Direct and mentor senior and junior architects while building practice capabilities
Design and execute technology transformation programs integrating ServiceNow solutions
Spearhead pre-sales and sales initiatives while developing thought leadership content
Collaborate with ServiceNow product team and EY alliance partners on platform innovation

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields

Experience

Over 12 years of industry experience
