Key Responsibilities

Lead documentation management for large data center projects with emphasis on compliance and quality control
Manage technical submittal and RFI processes with direct impact on project timelines
Oversee O&M and CMMS documentation ensuring operational excellence
Provide strategic documentation guidance to Project Managers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for documentation processes
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across EMEA region

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree or certified trainings in regards to project coordination

Experience

Multi-year experience required
