Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Experience

5–7 years of experience in document control within construction, real estate, or tenant fit-out projects in the UAE

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of document control systems (EDMS), including Aconex, Asite, or equivalent platforms Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work under pressure and manage large volumes of documentation with accuracy and speed Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
