Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer enterprise-wide document control systems for complex infrastructure projects
Oversee technical documentation lifecycle including specifications, drawings, and engineering revisions
Generate and maintain critical documentation reports for client progress tracking
Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing documentation
Coordinate document flow between head office, vendors, and project stakeholders
Prepare comprehensive project development reports across multiple timelines
Maintain payment-linked documentation for milestone tracking

Requirements

Education

Preferred degree educated but not essential

Experience

Minimum 6 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably working within a construction or design consulting environment preferred
