Key Responsibilities

Drive centralized document management excellence for all engineering deliverables, establishing the foundation for project success through systematic documentation control
Ensure ISO compliance standards implementation across all documentation processes, maintaining organizational quality benchmarks and regulatory adherence
Execute comprehensive management of Engineering Deliverable Master List (EDML) spanning Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil disciplines, coordinating multi-disciplinary project workflows
Control critical submission, review, approval, and revision cycles that directly impact project timelines and stakeholder satisfaction
Implement strategic coding and numbering systems aligned with ISO standards and project-specific requirements, ensuring seamless document traceability
Monitor and track consultant/client feedback cycles and resubmission processes, maintaining project momentum and stakeholder alignment
Maintain comprehensive RFI/NCR logs, shop drawing registers, and as-built documentation that serve as permanent project records

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline

Experience

10–15 years of document control experience in EPC/industrial projects in GCC
