Key Responsibilities

Lead downstream processing optimization for biologics manufacturing scale-up (200L to 2000L)
Develop and maintain critical documentation including SOPs and technical protocols
Drive pre-clinical and clinical manufacturing processes for novel biological entities
Serve as technical subject matter expert for audits and technology transfer
Coordinate cross-functional activities with Engineering and Technology teams

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in science or engineering

Experience

5 years minimum with technical diploma, or equivalent with advanced degree
