Key Responsibilities

Lead e-evaluation processes for major infrastructure procurement using Award software
Develop and maintain evaluation standards and best practices
Provide strategic guidance on procurement evaluation methodologies
Ensure compliance with Utilities regulations and EU Procurement Directives
Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver evaluation outcomes
Generate analytical reports and presentations for key decision-makers
Support development of MetroLink Commercial policy

Requirements

Education

Minimum Level 7 degree in engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business, or related discipline

Experience

10+ years in public procurement, particularly for large-scale infrastructure projects
