Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-wide supply chain synchronization across critical planning processes including Long Term Capacity Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and Distribution Planning to ensure optimal operational efficiency
Own and orchestrate regional Segment Supply Reviews and Supply Point Reviews with direct accountability for supply allocation decisions impacting multi-million dollar operations
Lead strategic end-to-end trade-off decisions balancing service levels, inventory costs, and operational efficiency across the entire value stream
Develop and implement inventory management policies for key consumer product segments ensuring optimal balance between service delivery, cost control, and working capital optimization
Spearhead New Product Initiative launches and Product Changeover processes ensuring seamless market introduction while minimizing financial write-offs and inventory obsolescence
Lead and develop a high-performing E2E Segment Supply Planning team while serving as deputy to the Supply Planning Director
Drive adherence to critical business processes enabling achievement of ambitious service and inventory targets across the Asia Pacific region

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of diverse experience, including 5 years direct experience in supply planning and a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated direct people management experience
