Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic content creation and marketing initiatives across key EBU focus areas including Media, News, Technology & Innovation, and Sport to maximize organizational impact and member value
Drive audience engagement by ensuring content and stories reach key stakeholders through most creative and compelling channels while maintaining brand integrity and requirements
Provide executive leadership and strategic guidance to experienced content team, fostering high-performance culture and professional development
Establish content prioritization frameworks aligned with corporate objectives to optimize visibility and production across all organizational platforms
Enhance member experience and communicate EBU's value proposition through impactful content strategies that drive membership retention and growth

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in Communications, Political science, Media, Marketing, or EU studies

Experience

12+ years of professional related experience in an international environment

Required Skills
